We do not take insurance.  We accept only cash, credit, or check.

It depends on what type of evaluations are being requested.  However, evaluations begin at $500.00 and up.   

You will hear back from us within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment.  While future dates vary, we can usually schedule the evaluation within 2-4 weeks.
